Your local congressman will be holding a town hall meeting for health care tomorrow morning (Saturday, September 5) at 10:00 am. I will offer an AP point for anyone who wants to attend.
As you listen to the discussion on health care, please observe both sides of the debate. Are people really there to examine ideas and resolve cognitive dissonance or are they there to cheerlead for their side and ignore all evidence contrary to their existing opinion? What historical analogies are offered? Think like a historian.
